In accordance with the definition – recommendation of Automotive Parts Rebuilders Association „the remanufacture means the reconstruction of used auto spare part in accordance with working rules of engineering art in a way that functionally it corresponds to the new one. A typical remanufacture process is composed of the following steps: 1. Disassembly of a used unit to the particular elements. 2. Their state condition verification. 3. Repair of the damaged elements or their replacement by the new ones. 4. Complementation of missing elements. 5. Cleaning of all elements. 6. Assembly of the unit. 7. Regulation, if necessary and control tests. Replaced elements can be new or remanufactured ones.
After reconstruction of the core elements, the subassembly unit is assembled using new shields, plugs, o’rings, sleeves and bearings purchased from reputable firms. Once the assembly process is finished, every unit is tested on a special work stands simulating its functionality in the real conditions.  Kontrola Quality

Laser product labelling A hundred per cent of remanufactured products come under specialist control. The control takes place at every stage of the production. A hundred per cent of the elements that start their „second life” is controlled while new elements come from reputable firms.
Our production plant has been equipped with many advanced testing machines.
